Open Positions

The following are a number of positions currently open.

SHEQ Co-ordinator

UK/Ireland (Home/office based in line with Hybrid Working Policy)

Role

Responsible for the administration of the Company’s, safety, health, environmental and quality (SHEQ) system and providing support to the SHEQ team in both Ireland and the UK.

Key skills & Duties

· Providing support to the SHEQ department – for both Ireland and the U.K. operations.

· Management and filing of all SHEQ records and documentation.

· Training - booking training courses, notifying attendees and supervisors, management of training records. Updating staff competency matrix. Filing certs into employee training files.

· Preparing site folders (e.g. blank inspections, induction forms, CPP, etc.). Having these sent to site.

· Creating, printing off and laminating posters for site notice boards.

· Statutory Inspections – booking of inspections from competent persons and filing of records, e.g. extinguisher service, lifting gear, PFPE, fire alarm service, PAT testing, racking, etc.

· DBS Applications. Processing online applications for staff. Chasing employees for copies of certs, completing document check online and filing away certs.

· Archiving records into stores – collating required records, labelled boxes, updating archive register. Upon completion of project, filing latest records in contractor’s folder on shared network drive.

· Ordering - PPE supplies, signage, handbooks, etc

· Add site inspections scores to H&S Inspection league table.

· DSE assessments for all office staff / site management

· Administration of Shout! Hazard reporting system, e.g. purchasing award vouchers, creating posters of winners to display on site, issue awards.

· Organising and attending SHEQ meetings. Producing and circulating minutes from meetings.

· Environmental - recording waste removed from site, updating SWMPs. Downloading waste statistics from skip provider, calculate performance per project.

· Updating forms and procedures on QEHS management system when required (for new or revised forms). Circulating procedures to staff so that they’re aware of procedures.

· Updating non-conformance list with SHEQ issues from inspection reports, incident reports, blunder list, etc. Once corrective actions are determine, ensure list is updated to close-out NC’s.

· Assisting with maintenance of external certification and awards entries, e.g. CHAS. ISO, BOPAS certification. NISO Safety Awards Entry.

· Any other duties and responsibilities of a similar level and nature may be required from time to time.

Requirements

Leaving Certificate/GCSE’s

H&S qualification

Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role

EHS Advisor, Dublin

Dublin, Ireland

Role

The EHS Advisor will be responsible for overseeing the EHS procedures for the production facility to ensure the required standards are being achieved and maintained.

Key skills & Duties

· Providing EH&S support to the production team.

· Supporting and mentoring production supervisory and management staff on health and safety matters.

· Completing health and safety inspections, ensuring standards are maintained and that any

remedial actions are being addressed.

· Carrying out inductions and toolbox talks.

· Monitoring of contractor’s health and safety performance, ensuring their H&S documentation is sufficient (e.g. reviewing RA/MS, lift plans, etc).

· Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed, monitoring of compliance with safety rules.

· Holding meetings - such as safety committee, contributing to Daily Huddles, High-risk workshops, etc.

· Promoting safety initiatives and hazard reporting scheme.

· Reviewing training needs and booking courses where necessary.

· Management and filing of statutory inspections.

· Ensuring Covid-19 controls measures on site are sufficient.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years’ experience within a health and safety role.

· Formal qualification in health and safety, e.g. Certificate in H&S (e.g. UCD, NEBOSH, BSC).

· Trained in Safepass, manual handling and Occupational First Aid. Manual handling instructor preferable.

· Previous experience in manufacturing or construction industry is required.

· The candidate must demonstrate a strong personality with the determination required to drive the development of a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the company.

Contracts Administrator

Manchester office/home working

Role/Responsibilities

· Assist in compiling information and lodging planning applications, including payment of fees.

· Monitor & Compile information for the discharge of planning conditions and follow through for discharge, keeping tracker updated with current status

· Compile information and submit building control application & fees

· Compile Building control inspection schedule recording on site visits and sign offs.

· Liaise with Project Manager & sub contractors to request life safe certs for completion cert.

· Monitor & Compile information for sign off for each regulation and follow through for sign off keeping tracker updated with current status of each

· Submit and track applications for all utilities, keeping tracker updated with status of each

· Handover quotes for utilities to Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager for payment and co-ordination of programme

· In conjunction with the design department, ensure timely receipt of drawings for each parties design progression.

· Manage and compile QF69 technical submission log to ensure timely receipt of submittals, comments and sign off for each party

· Co-ordinate all project correspondence, Monitor, tracking all incoming / outgoing correspondence from all internal and external parties. Chase up any outstanding items and ensure responses are circulated to the relevant teams

· Distribute weekly site progress reports and weekly resource schedules to the senior management team

· Create and circulate RFI’s generated from the site progress report

· Monitor and track H&S status of contractors. Extract issues from H&S inspections for site/project manager to include in weekly site progress reports

· Compile and update relevant company control documents & circulate on weekly basis

· Compile & update Project Directory

· Compile & update QF47 Master drawing register and circulate with RFI register on a weekly basis

· Ensure QF13 drawing issue sheet is issued with every drawing circulated externally to clients, consultants and sub contractors

· Arrange for drawings to be printed for site as required

·Compile O&M folders for clients – compile information, certificates and As built information from Trades/ Design team and present to client in agreed format.

· Managing access to BIM360 for internal and internal parties.

 

Job Requirements

- 2 – 5 years experience as a site/ contract administrator

- Proficient in MS Office/ BIM 360

Assistant Commercial Accountant

Role/Responsibilities

The Assistant Commercial Accountant is responsible for performing Accounts payable and

Accounts receivable duties, cash management, assist in the Month End process and completion of

Revenue/Regulations returns for the Business.

Factory Supervisor

Ashbrook, Laois, Ireland

Role/Responsibilities

The Factory Supervisor will lead teams to undertake construction activities to meet production schedules,

· Day to day management of personnel on the factory floor and labour planning

· Assisting the Factory manager in managing project budgets and programmes

· Assisting the QA QC supervisor with ensuring required quality of workmanship is being maintained

· Compiling works to go list and handover packs ahead of dispatch of modules to site

· Day to day adherence to H&S requirements

· Ensuring that Factory machinery is in good working order, manging PPM schedules for equipment.

 

Job Requirements

· Previous experience in a similar role

· An understanding of general modular manufacturing
